Three Important Points

1. Papers and the academic results achieved during the Forum will not be used for any
　commercial means. Submission of a paper is taken to imply that it has been previously
　published and that it is being considered for publication elsewhere. Authors engaging for
　any confidential information should make a special declaration to the organizing
　committee.

2. Accepted participants are free of charge. The organizing committee will arrange
　accommodation, catering and a local tour. Participants will finance traffic fees on your own.
　Feedbacks (filled in by work units) and registration forms (filled in by individuals) can be
　downloaded online.

3. Doctoral candidates without submitting papers are also cordially welcome. The organizing
　committee will provide of room and board, which is at your own expenses.

Supplementary Notice Concerning Paper and Abstract Submission

According to the decision made by Organizing Committee of 2006 International Forum on Textile Science & Engineering for Doctoral Candidates, if those doctoral candidates who failed to submit their abstract by Jul. 7th are still willing to participate in this forum, they can submit both their paper and abstract through Paper Submission System by Aug. 10th . To those doctoral candidates who have succeeded in submitting the abstracts, please submit the paper on time.

All doctoral candidates are welcome to submit their paper and participate in the forum to be held.
